Inauguration of Naaripreneur For Her Program

On February 27th, 2024, IIMV FIELD hosted the inauguration of Phase 2 of the Naaripreneur for Her Program
- a CSR initiative with NBCC India Ltd. to support ventures led by women or ventures with solutions for
women. Participants showcased their innovative ventures, embodying the spirit of entrepreneurship. In

Phase I: Call for Applications, more than 180 applications have been received. In Phase II: Ideation Bootcamp,
more than 150 applications have been selected, twice as many as compared to the anticipated 75. Prof. M
Chandrasekhar (Director, IIMV & MD, IIMV FIELD) and Dr. Bhimrao Bhosle (Independent Director, NBCC India

Ltd.) emphasised the importance of women’s empowerment in business. Mr. Debasis Satapathy’s (CGM-
HR, NBCC India Ltd.) inaugural speech ignited a fire of determination, stressing the significance of gender
inclusivity. The selected startups will undergo a rigorous 1-month-long ideation bootcamp in Phase 2.
