CVC-SUPPORTED PROGRAM ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

IIMV has successfully conducted the 3-day Central Vigilance Commission (CVC)-supported program on

Public Procurement. The program aims to train officials to enhance their efficiency in the procurement
process within their respective organizations. Leading the program is Prof. Chatterjee, PhD (MBA-IIMB), who
retired from POM Area, MDI. Five batches of the program have been conducted so far – the first batch ran
between August 10-12, the second one between September 14-16, the third one between October 12-14,
fourth batch between December 21-23 and the fifth batch between Dec 28-30.

Addressing the gathering during the inauguration
of the third batch, Chief Guest Shri Saurabh Prasad,
IRSME, DRM – Waltair Division, Indian Railways,

praised the commitment of IIMV in providing superior
academic services. He added that the program on

CVC Public Procurement will be highly beneficial
in terms of a better understanding of procurement
