            This three-day Management Development Program emphasises the significance of business etiquette in the
            workplace and contextualizes the best practices that leaders and managers can adopt in a range of work situations.
            This program, Highlights the importance of effective written communication in the workplace and how it can impact
            an organization’s success. Use statistics and real-life examples to illustrate the point. Participants had benefits of a
            Written Communication for Professional Success program, such as improved collaboration, increased productivity,
            and better customer service.
