IIMV hosted its 4th annual colloquium, Colloquium 2022, in a series of panel discussions and keynote
sessions on relevant topics in business for young and inquisitive minds organised by the Business Cluster of
IIMV. Continuing the tradition, the eminent panel for the Panel Discussion comprised of Mr. Aditya K. Mehta,
Senior President & CFO, Orion Group; Mr. Subramanian Krishnamurthy, Deputy General Manager
Operations, Mahindra Logistics; Dr. Satchidananda Ray, VP and Head, BC Jindal Group; and Mr. HR
Jagannath, VP of Engineering, Jet Airways. Prof. Aalok Kumar - Assistant Professor, Indian Institute of
Management Visakhapatnam, was the moderator for this session.

Moderation and Mediation Analysis using AMOS & Process Macro

IIMV conducted a 5-day online certificate programmeon "Advanced Multivariate Data Analytics: Moderation
and Mediation Analysis Using AMOS and Process Macro". The certificate programme, held from August 29
to September 2, was attended by 76 research scholars and faculty members from management and allied
areas. The participants were from IIM Bangalore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, IIM Jammu, ISI Kolkata, IIT Delhi, IIT
Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Mandi, IIT Guwahati, IIIT Allahabad, NIT Patna, NIT
Jamshedpur, MNIT Jaipur, MNNIT Allahabad, NIT Rourkela, Delhi University, DTU, Pondicherry University, and
Punjab University were represented at the event.
