take many forms, including philanthropy, volunteering, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Skilling,
on the other hand, refers to the process of acquiring new skills, knowledge, and abilities. This can be
achieved through formal education, on-the-job training, or other types of professional development
opportunities.
Together, CSR and Skilling play an important role in promoting sustainable development and helping
individuals and organizations to grow and succeed. Companies that engage in CSR initiatives can help to
address social and environmental challenges while investing in skilling programs can help employees to
acquire the skills they need to succeed in an ever-changing job market. In this way, CSR and Skilling
contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future for everyone.

Ms. Jazreen Deboo delivered a virtual knowledge series session for the MGNF fellows, focused on the topic
of "Opportunities after MGNF." During the session, she shared valuable insights and information about the
opportunities that await the fellows after the MGNF program. Her presentation was designed to provide
inspiration and guidance to the fellows as they look ahead to their post-MGNF careers and futures.
The "Opportunities after MGNF program" refers to the various paths and career opportunities that are
available to individuals who have completed the MGNF program. These opportunities can include further
education, professional development, and job advancement, among others. It is important for MGNF fellows
to understand the full range of options available to them after they complete the program in order to make
informed decisions about their futures and pursue the path that best aligns with their goals and interests.
An understanding of the opportunities available after the MGNF program can provide inspiration and
guidance to fellows as they look ahead to their post-MGNF careers and futures. By exploring the various
possibilities, fellows can develop a clear sense of what they want to achieve and how they can best use their
skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in their communities and the world. This information can also
help fellows to make informed decisions about their next steps, helping to ensure that they are
well-positioned to succeed in the years to come.
