EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS



       Sharing the experience of the training program, one of the participants, Mr. K Prakasa Rao, Manager -HR,
       NTPC  Pudimadaka  &  Simhadri  thanked  IIMV  for  providing  valuable  learnings.  He  said,  "In  addition  to
       HR-related topics such as Emotional intelligence, Negotiation, Motivation, Leadership, outbound activities,
       etc., the topics covered during the training related to Finance, Developments in the Energy Sector, the Power
       BI Desktop tool, and its usefulness, are all presented in a very engaging manner. Everyone enjoyed the
       training. Campus hospitality and IT support are exceptional. Overall, this is an excellent training experience
       in which both the faculty and the participants were fully involved from start to finish. Kudos to IIMV".

       program is tailored to the organization's requirements and combines fundamental competence-building
       techniques with advanced leadership aptitude.






























      5-day Online Training Program on ‘Corporate Branding in Digital Era’,
      supported by the Department of Public Enterprises, GoI

         12 DECEMBER

       IIM Visakhapatnam concluded the 5-day Programme on
       Corporate Branding in Digital Era for Public Sector Enterprises,
       under  the  aegis  of  the Department  of  Public  Enterprises,
       Government of India, on December 16, 2022. During the
       valedictory  event,  the  chief  guest,  Prof.  Pingali  Venugopal,
       Professor, XLRI, addressed the audience by sharing his views
       on the importance of branding in traditional marketing and the
       current digital era. The valedictory also had the participants,
       senior leaders of Public-Sector Enterprises from across the
       country, share their feedback for the program. The leaders lauded the interactive knowledge sharing in the
       classes and the many valuable opportunities for networking that the event provided.

       Professor Amit Shankar led the 5-day customised programme (12–16 December), which was attended by 40
       senior leaders from central and state public-sector enterprises, including Maharatnas, Navratnas, and
       Miniratna enterprises, as well as other eminent public-sector institutions. The chief guest, Prof. Malavika R
       Harita, Founder & CEO at Brand Circle, and the guest of honour, Dr. Nitin Aggrawal, Joint Director,
       Department of Public Enterprises, graced the inaugural ceremony conducted on December 12.
