Dear Reader,

We are delighted to present the sixteenth issue of IIM (V)ibes, our quarterly newsletter that captures the
vibrant life and milestones of IIM Visakhapatnam. Designed for our diverse stakeholders, this edition offers
a comprehensive snapshot of events, achievements, and initiatives from September to December 2024.

This issue highlights key developments, including the inauguration of the EMBA 2024-26 Winter Batch—
our online MBA program tailored for mid-career professionals. We also take pride in hosting impactful
events such as the Workshop on Sustainable Tourism, the ninth edition of our flagship HR conclave—
Hridaya 9.0, and the inaugural Case Conference on Responsible Innovations and Sustainability Practices,
spearheaded by the Centre for Responsible Management Education (CRME). Our Executive Education
Programs continue to expand their reach, successfully launching over 29 Management Development

Programs (MDPs), catering to industry professionals across diverse sectors.
Beyond academics, this issue brings exciting updates from IIMV FIELD, our incubation and startup hub,
