In the second episode, an overview of Internal Audit and Auditor Roles at
Goldman Sachs was presented by industry experts Mr. Rishab Bengani,
Sr. Audit Manager-Business Audits, Mr. Sanjeet Kamath, Sr. Audit
Manager-Technology Audits, and Ms. Anshu Priya, Auditor-Technology

(Alumni of IIMV) who shared valuable insights into the world of internal
audit and the critical roles auditors play in maintaining financial integrity
and operational efficiency.

During the third episode of the leadership talk, Ms. CA Neha Rathi, ETF

and passive Investment from DSP Mutual Fund, explained about Mutual
Fund Investment Strategies and Asset Allocation. She also explored
various approaches to optimizing portfolio performance, balancing risk,
and achieving financial goals. The students gained deep understanding
of how to strategically allocate assets within mutual funds to maximize
returns and mitigate risks.

IIMV welcomed Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Global head of Cloud Business

Management, Syngenta Group to deliver his talk as part of IIM Vyakhyan
leadership talk series. In his talk, he elaborated on effective negotiation
strategies in global business environment for navigating cultural
differences and building win-win solutions.

IIM Visakhapatnam was delighted to host Mr. Venkat Raghavan Mr.
Venkat Raghavan from Tesco India executive leadership team and the

Tesco Business Solutions global leadership team for the fourth episode
of IIMV Vyakhyan leadership talk series. In his engaging presentation, Mr.
Raghavan spoke on the topic ‘building a career in the world of analytics,
data science, and artificial intelligence’.
