OTHER IMPORTANT EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS
Fun Activity with Books (November 20th): The weeklong celebrations concluded with activities centred
around books and knowledge, fostering a sense of community within our library.
The primary objective of hosting these weeklong
events and activities was to offer our community
a comprehensive understanding of the diverse
resources available at the library. Special thanks
to the Library Chair and the Library Committee for
their encouragement of the library team during
National Library Week.In summary, National Library
Week 2023 was a remarkable success, promoting
learning, community building, and the celebration of
the rich resources our library has to offer.
We received positive feedback from faculty, staff,
and students, showcasing the success of our
initiatives such as the expansion of digital resources,
community engagement programs, modernized
learning spaces, specialized workshops and training,
innovative reading programs, continuous collection
development, and enhanced outreach programs.
