Corporate Guest Lecture Series/ Invited Talks  Management and Faculty Development Programmes
       Leadership Lab for CBSE-School Principals
 Ÿ  18th Jan 2020:   The Leadership Lab for School Principals was a ve-day (27-31 January

 Railways  Sports  Stadium,  addressed  the  PGP  students  on   Central  Board  of  Secondary  Education,  Department  of  School
 Digital Governance in Indian Railways.  Education & Literacy, MHRD, Government of India.
       The Program was delivered and delivered with a view to contributing to
       the principals evolving and advancing from their restricting roles of
       being mere administrators, to being leaders, strategizing on long-term
       vision (dreaming) and mission (doing) for their schools. The program
       witnessed keen interest and impressive registration from principals and
       had  representation  from  eleven  states  of  the  country  as  well  as  a

 Mr. Rahul Bajoria, The Chief Economist of Barclays Investment
 bank delivered a lecture on the current Economic Scenario of   Shri D Chakrapani, IAS (R) [AP:83], former Director General of the AP

       the interest of the audience, engaging and encouraging the cohort in a participative discussion, the Chief Guest dwelt on several matters of
       contemporary relevance regarding education at the grassroots level and the constructive role of school principals in this regard. During the
       Programme, several sessions conducted by the faculty members provided insights into pedagogies adopted in schools as well as best
       practices. The Director of the institute, Prof. M Chandrasekhar, delivered the valedictory address. He touched upon various aspects of
       academic leadership and governance that would create greater impact on good functioning and also lead to superior learning outcomes.

       perspective of the learning objectives of the Program.
       The participants appreciated the Program a perfect marriage between theory and practice in management. The participants experience an
       intensive and immersive pedagogy through rigorous techno-managerial mind-storming sessions. The inaugural address was delivered by
       Prof. M Chandrasekhar, Director of the Institute. The program concluded with an engaging valedictory address by Prof R Ravi Kumar, (OB&HR

       The  TEQIP-III  ve-day  Professional  Development  Training  (PDT)
       Programme  held  at  the  Institute  in  March  2020  (March)  aimed  at
       creating  the  capacities  towards  gaining  a  greater  appreciation  for
       governance,  institutional  and  policy  reforms,  as  well  as  the
       management principles, precepts and practices, so that they can full
       the role-responsibilities envisaged of them as mentors, facilitators, and

       Indian Industry, Vizag Zone.  He addressed the audience on the use of management education in technological innovation. The valedictory
       address was delivered by Dr. Srihari R., Associate Director, NSTL, DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Dr Srihari emphasized on
       bridging gaps between industry and academia, explaining how faculty could join hands with government institutions to work on projects of
       national importance, in a symbiotic way.
