CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS, SEMINARS AND INVITED
TALKS BY IIMV FACULTY

Prof. Aalok Kumar delivered a talk on Supply Chain and Logistics Education at
11th IEOM Society Annual Conference at Singapore during March 7-11, 2021. The
conference talk was focused on various challenges and opportunities for improving
the business performance of business activities through the supply chain and logistics
education advancement.

Prof. Bishakha Majumdar was one of the Programme Directors and a resource
person for two sessions on Communicating Effectively at Work and Managing
Stress and Time during the Training Programme on Personnel and General
Management Skills, for National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes &
Narcotics, Visakhapatnam held on 7 January 2021. This programme was attended

by officers of the Indian Revenue Service.

She was also the resource person for two virtual sessions on Stress Management
and Anxiety Management and discussed various techniques for management of
life stress and anxiety during MCRHRDIT- Higher Management Course for Mili-
tary Engineering Services Officers (Chief Engineers Orientation Course-20) orga-
nized by Dr MCRHRDIT, Apex administrative Training Institute of Govt. of Telan-
gana on 2 February 2021. This programme was attended by 23 officers of the Military Engineering Services of
India.

Prof. Bishakha Majumdar was also the resource person for two virtual sessions on Stress Management and Time
Management and discussed various tools and techniques for management of time and life stress commonly faced
by academicians during the AICTE-ATAL sponsored One-Week online FDP on Leadership & Excellence orga-
nized by Dept. of Humanities, JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu, A.P. on 2 February, 2021. The
programme was attended by 46 faculty members from technical institutions of eminence across India.

Prof. Chandreie Mukherjee was invited as a guest speaker to an online
multidisciplinary International conference on Imparting Quality in Higher
Education where she delivered a talk titled Value of life, Soft and Transferable
Skills in Higher Education on 26 March 2021. This Conference was organized by
G H Raisoni Institute of Management & Research, Nagpur.
