Transition management theory-based policy framework for

This paper presents a transition path for improving environmental sustainability
practices in the freight logistics industry of India. The paper also discusses the clas-
sification of organizational priorities for improving sustainable practices. Optimal
operational high priority practices are analysed through the grey-clustering algo-
rithm and VIKOR method.

This study seeks to highlight the dynamic nature of entrepreneurial orientation (EO)
by investigating how firms respond to adversity, i.e. performance below aspiration
levels through pertinent changes in EO, and if some of these changes can be
accounted for based on the ownership of the firm.

This paper examines the relationship between the firms’ growth, age and size in
service sectors in developing economies. We found a definite and significant
relationship between firms’ growth and their size and age. Also, we find that young-
er firms up to 10 years of age struggle a lot more than older firms in the Indian
service sector.
