innovation concept of affordability, scalability, sustainability,

distinctiveness in character as vital for survival and success of
organizations. She also referred to the “Infinite Change”
concepts of Arvind Eye-care, that have several management
lessons built-in. She urged the students to develop, apart
from Intelligence Quotient and Managerial Quotient,
Emotional Quotient too, for dealing effectively with colleagues
at their workplace.
