My time at Sutherland as a Process Improvement Analyst was a truly
enriching experience. I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of
process optimization, from identifying bottlenecks to implementing

innovative solutions. The collaborative environment fostered a sense of
teamwork and continuous learning. One of the most rewarding aspects
of my role was seeing the direct impact of my work. By streamlining
processes and improving efficiency, I contributed to enhanced customer
satisfaction and overall business performance. The exposure to various
industries and challenges also broadened my understanding of the
broader business landscape.

V-Pod: IIMV’s Podcast

Launched on March 8, 2021, VPod is an initiative
by the Business Cluster of IIM Visakhapatnam.
Designed to provide insightful discussions and

expert views on trending business and management
topics, VPod has become a significant platform for
thought leadership. By December 2024, the podcast
series had successfully aired 81 episodes and
garnered listeners across major platforms including
JioSaavn, Apple Music, and Spotify.

Focusing on a diverse range of topics, from Zomato’s
acquisition of Paytm’s movie and event ticketing
platform to a tribute episode honoring Shri Ratan
Tata, as well as discussions on the Hyundai IPO and
the Air India-Vistara merger, these podcasts deliver

news and insights on contemporary issues.
