Speaking on the inaugural, Prof. Chandrasekhar
M, the Director of IIM Visakhapatnam, emphasized
the significance of effective leadership and change
management in overcoming organizational

challenges. He stressed the crucial role of leaders
in ensuring the desired outcomes of change. He
noted that while change can be intimidating,
stagnation is even more detrimental. He further
emphasized the value of embracing change with
a positive mindset.
The program is being led by Prof. Anupama Sharma

(Program Director) and Prof. Chandreie Mukherjee
(Program Co-Director).

Mid-Career Training Program for Indian Ordnance Factory Service
Officers
