REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS

26 January:

IIMV celebrated the 74th Republic Day at its permanent campus. The Director of IIMV, Prof. M Chandrashekhar,
unfurled the tricolor and addressed the gathering. Students, members of the faculty and staff attended this event.

BEACH CLEANUP DRIVE

29 January:

IIM Visakhapatnam’s Vatsalya Club and MGNF fellows joined forces with the non-profit Mivaan Society to clean up
Tenneti Park in Visakhapatnam. Together with our students, Mivaan Society volunteers collected andremoved 23
bags of trash. At a time when environmental pollution is on the rise, especially in marine areas, this cleanup effort
helped raise awareness of the risks posed by plastic dumping.
