Prof. Bishakha Majumdar delivered a lecture as a resource person for a virtual
session on ‘Mindfulness for Work-Life Well-Being’ during the ATAL-Faculty Develop-
ment Program on Sustainability Engineering, at the Department of Technology, Savit-
ribai Phule Pune University on 19 January 2022.

She was also invited as a resource person for a virtual session on
‘Time Management for Academicians’ during the AICTE Train-
ing and Learning (ATAL) Faculty Development Program on
Magnetic Levitation System at National Institute of Technology
Mizoram on 9 February 2022.

On 8 March 2022, Prof. Bishakha delivered a session on
#BreakTheBias2022 for the women employees of
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited,Visakh
Refinery.
As an invited speaker at the Youth Global Summit: An
International Conference. Rajiv Gandhi National Insti-
tute of Youth Development, Prof. Bishakha delivered a
session on Youth and Political Participation: Raising a
Voice that Matters on 16 March 2022.

She was an invited resource person for two sessions on Employee
experience: Adapting to technology disruption and change, as part
of the Professional Certificate Program in Strategic Human
Resource Management, Indian Institute of Management Kozhiko-
de on 27 March 2022. She also acted as a Jury member for the
Global HR Best Innovative & Sustainable Practices Champion-
ship 2021 during the Grand Finale of United Nations Global
Compact Network India’s (UN CGNI) Global HR Challenge
2021 held on 27 March 2022.

Prof. Chandreie Mukherjee delivered a talk at Y.V.N.R Government Degree
College during a the 5 Day Faculty Empowerment Program on ‘Hybrid and Blended
Learning’ on 25 February 2022.
NTPC-Simhadri also invited her to conduct a ‘Communication Skills’ workshop for
senior managers on 16 March 2022.
