Manthan, The HR Club of the Institute aims
to enhance the current method of domain
knowledge and industry connect specific to
HR. The Club’s objective is to continuously
develop and enhance the HR knowledge of
the students by providing a platform for
knowledge sharing and connect to industry for
which HR Club organizes HRidaya – an annual
HR Conclave, case competitions, guest lectures
and quizzes. HR Club creates awareness through
imparting knowledge related to different
aspects of human resource management,
trends, recent issues and developments. This
Club also supplements the theoretical knowledge
imparted in classroom by ensuring that
students get opportunity to practice theoretical
knowledge in real life context.

The Finance and Economics Club of the Institute
is dedicated to providing a vibrant platform to
students to test their competencies in the
domains of nance and economics, to facilitate
the transfer of knowledge from industry stalwarts
to students, to improve nancial literacy and to
ensure meaningful application of economics and
nance in real-world scenarios. We do this via
debates, simulations, guest lectures, workshops,
and various other competitions and by creating
knowledge repositories. The club also aims to
start a student-run virtual investment fund “The
Sunrise Investment Fund” to yield returns above
the market benchmarks.
