Permanent Campus
- Government of Andhra Pradesh allotted 241.50-acre (including 80 feet road) land located at Gambheeram Village of Anandapuram Mandal to IIM Visakhapatnam.
- Construction of the boundary wall for the site was completed.
- The site was handed over by Andhra Pradesh State government to IIM Visakhapatnam on March 8, 2018.
- DPR approved by GoI on September 17, 2018, with a total estimated cost of Rs.807.76 crore and Rs 445 crore for Phase-I.
- The Institute has appointed M/s. Arcop Associates Pvt. Ltd as an Architect, NBCC (India) Ltd as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Shapoorji & Pallonji as a construction agency for the proposed Permanent Campus.
Location of IIMV
The Institute has two campuses with state-of-the-art facilities in the “City of Destiny”, Visakhapatnam. Its city campus is located in the salubrious precincts of Andhra University. The permanent campus, a world-class GRIHA-5 Star rated facility on approx. 241 acres of land, is located at Gambheeram Village, Anandapuram Mandal, about 25 kilo-meters from the city campus, on the National Highway (NH) 16 to Kolkata
