The FDP aims to enhance the teaching and research skills of academicians.
Participants in this Faculty Development Programme will delve into innovative

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The customized FDP program was designed for the faculty of Siksha 'O'
Anusandhan (Deemed to be University). Course was designed with the objective
to empower faculty members with the knowledge, skills, and resources
necessary to excel in teaching, research, and service roles, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and innovation within the academic community.
Through targeted professional development initiatives, the program aims to
enhance pedagogical effectiveness, strengthen institutional capabilities,
ultimately enriching the educational experience and advancing the university's
