Ms. Kaki Likitha (MGNF fellow) took 1st place in the Global Peter Drucker Challenge 2022
The Peter Drucker Challenge is an international essay competition held annually by the Drucker Society Europe, in conjunction with the Drucker Forum- for students and young entrepreneurs from all over the world. The challenge explores a current topic in management- related to the theme of the forum in the context of Peter Drucker's human-oriented management philosophy.
The Challenge is a personal essay contest; although narratives are often related to the topic in an analytical way, but the research and evidence support the claims. The topic for the PDC 2022 was 'Towards A Passion Economy- creating value with your skills.'
Likitha’s words (Success Story )
As a student at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, pursuing a course in Public Policy and Management, and a fellow deployed under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, India; I was able to write a well-researched piece on the given topic for this year. My essay is a testimony to all my passions and the academic knowledge I have gained from the IIM-V in understanding the entire spectrum of Management, Skill Development, and Public Policy. All of these enhanced my ideas on what is called the Passion Economy- a new way for individuals to monetize their skills and creativity. It would be an exhilarating experience to represent my institution and my work on a global platform amongst some of the finest minds in the field of management during the Annual Drucker Forum- 2022 (Vienna, Austria).
