Bain & Company: “Working at Bain Capability Network (BCN)

was a truly enriching experience, both professionally and
personally. The work culture at BCN was phenomenal, and
everybody was supportive and interactive. I gained hands-on
experience in launching a digital platform and came across

the essential activities for executing long-term projects. We
employed a number of third-party tools to optimise work
processes, boost productivity, and foster creativity.
Apart from technical expertise, I got a chance to hone my soft skills by managing deadlines for tight

requirements, collaborating with teams, and actively ingesting feedback. The chance to present our team’s
product in front of multiple peer teams was the defining moment, and it assisted me in cultivating the
suitable mindset required for business presentations. I wholeheartedly thank the Placement Committee,

IIM Visakhapatnam, and BCN for granting me this valuable internship opportunity, which surely helped me
tread forward in my journey.”
