We are pleased to share that the research paper co-authored by Prof. Juman Iqbal, titled “The buck stops here: Understanding the nexus between responsible leadership and employee ambidexterity in the hospitality industry,” has been published in the International Journal of Hospitality Management.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of work meaningfulness on the relationship between responsible leadership and employee ambidexterity among restaurant employees. Congratulations to Prof. Juman Iqbal and the co-authors on this significant research contribution.
