Ten Years, One Community: Celebrating Our Support Staff
As part of the institution’s 10-year milestone celebrations, a special programme was organised to celebrate the Housekeeping, Security, and Support Staff – the steady force behind a safe, clean, and well-functioning campus.
The event included felicitation, cultural performances, and brief reflections by staff members on their association with the institute and their contribution to its growth. A simple highlight was the shared lunch, where faculty and administrative colleagues joined in serving lunch –adding warmth to the celebration.
The initiative was led by Prof. M. V. Anuradha, along with the committee members: Prof. Sunitha T, Prof. Chandreie Mukherjee, Prof. Shalini Agnihotri, and Prof. Rohit Titiyal.
A meaningful reminder from the day: the “small things” that run smoothly around us do not happen by themselves – and are worth noticing with gratitude.
