Dr. Sushil Kumar Speaks on Training Future-Ready Leaders and Change Makers through Strategic Executive Education at AMBA & BGA Meeting
Dr. Sushil Kumar, Chair Entrepreneurship area, IIM Visakhapatnam delivered an insightful and forward-looking address on “Training Future-Ready Leaders and Change Makers through Strategic Executive Education” at the prestigious Association of MBAs & Business Graduates Association (AMBA & BGA) Capacity Building Workshop in Hyderabad on February 19th. The event brought together deans, academic leaders, and industry stakeholders to deliberate on the evolving future of Quality and Impact in Online & Hybrid Business Education.
He emphasized that executive education must move beyond traditional management training to becomes strategic transformation platform for the participants. It must evolve into modular, flexible, and technology-enabled learning journeys that support continuous professional development for leaders and executives.
He also highlighted how IIM Visakhapatnam has imparted quality training and conducted upskilling sessions for professionals, entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs. The PG Certificate program in Entrepreneurship conducted under hybrid mode has empowered local aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and large markets.
