We are delighted to share that the research paper, "Beyond Technological Affordances: Trust and Continued Intention to Use AI-Enabled Recruitment Systems across Neurodivergent and Neurotypical Applicants", authored by Ms. Apuroopa Sai Lakshmi Tippavajjula (PhD scholar), Prof. Amit Shankar, and Prof. Bishakha Majumdar, has been accepted for publication in Acta Psychologica (ABDC-A)
The study examines how trust and the design of AI-enabled recruitment systems shape applicants' continued engagement with these technologies. By comparing the experiences of neurodivergent and neurotypical applicants, the research highlights the importance of inclusive and neurodiversity-sensitive system design as AI becomes an integral part of contemporary recruitment processes.
Congratulations to the authors on this significant research achievement.
