This was the third batch of the same program conducted in 2020. The inaugural address
was delivered by Mr. Vippin Kumar Jain, (Chief General Manager, E-learning & Development)
IiPM, who spoke on the competency framework of leadership upheld at Indian Oil and the
need for continuous learning in leadership roles.
