Indian Oil Officers

IIMV conducted the six-day Saksham: Leadership Development Program for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited from 30 November to 5 Decem-
ber 2020. Designed and hosted in collaboration with the Indian Oil Institute of Petroleum Management (IiPM), the customized online program
was attended by Grade E and F of cers of IOCL from various departments such as retail sales, nance, institutional business, aviation,
LPG-strategies, and information systems. The Inaugural address was delivered by Mrs. Urvija Bajpai, (Chief General Manager: Learning &
Development) IiPM, who emphasized on the importance of leadership for continued business excellence.

The six-day program provided active training in strategic, operational, business excellence, customer, relationship, and talent leadership. It
also covered critical skills in change management, leadership communication, decision making, and work-life balance.
