He holds a PhD from IIM Kashipur. Before IIM Visakhapatnam, he had a brief stint at O.P. Jindal Global University and Welingkar, Mumbai. Broadly, his work lies at the intersection of psychology and entrepreneurship. In particular, he explores the impact of founder's well-being on entrepreneurial outcomes. He has published in Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing and Journal of Entrepreneurship.
