About
Prof. Srinivas is a Postgraduate in Business Administration and holds a Ph.D. from the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. His Ph.D. thesis was titled "Knowledge Acquisition and Organizational Socialization among Knowledge Workers - A Study in the Indian IT Context."
He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA.
Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, he worked with National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) as Senior General Manager. He comes with a rich industry experience of more than two decades and has previously held various senior positions in Centre for Innovations in Public Systems (CIPS), a specialized centre set up by the Ministry of Finance, Accenture, Hewlett Packard (HP), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and was a Visiting Professor at School of Management Studies at University of Hyderabad (UoH) and NMIMS, Hyderabad.
He has led Management Consulting, IT Consulting, ERP /IT Project implementations, e-Governance projects and IS Audits,
His research interests are in the domain of Knowledge Management, Information Systems, e-Governance, IS Security and Privacy, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
