Senior Management Program - Batch 05 Concludes at IIM Visakhapatnam

The Senior Management Program Batch - 05 at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam concluded with a three-day campus immersion and valedictory ceremony, marking the completion of a rigorous year-long learning journey for 68 participants from diverse professional backgrounds.
The programme offered a holistic perspective on strategy, leadership, finance, operations, marketing, data analytics, communication, and executive decision-making, enabling participants to connect strategy with execution and view business challenges through an enterprise-wide lens.
Prof. Sushil Kumar, Program Director, highlighted the importance of a holistic approach to management and leadership, while Prof. Amit Shankar, Program Co-Director, extended a vote of thanks to the cohort, their families, and the IIMV fraternity.
A key highlight was the launch of the Case Study Booklet, alongside the recognition of the top three capstone projects: Solar + Wind Powered EV Charging Station, StubbleSpark (Khet Se Urja) - Stubble-to-Bioenergy & Organic Manure Ecosystem, and ParkEase, showcasing innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
