From breaking silos to building synergy, this intensive one-day workshop on 20 April 2026 brought together 18 HR professionals from the Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam, to reimagine the future of workforce management. The programme featured focused sessions on Strategic & Cross-Functional HR, Engaging Talent in a Shifting Workspace, and Smart HR: AI, Data, and the Future of Workforce Management
The sessions enabled participants to examine the evolving role of HR as a strategic and data-driven function, while fostering cross-functional alignment in a dynamic work environment.
The programme was led by Prof. Bishakha Majumdar, with the valedictory session graced by Prof. Anuradha MV, Chair Executive Education Programs, and Cmdr Prashant Pawan and Cmdr K Yuvaraju from the Naval Dockyard. During the feedback session, participating officers appreciated the relevance and structure of the programme, highlighting the practical insights, interactive discussions, and applicability of the concepts to their organisational context.
