IIM Visakhapatnam Welcomes Batch V of the Global Senior Leadership Program

IIM Visakhapatnam welcomed the fifth batch of its Global Senior Leadership Program, bringing together experienced professionals to strengthen their strategic thinking, broaden their managerial perspectives, and prepare for leadership challenges in a dynamic business environment.
The programme has been made possible through the guidance and continued support of Prof. M. Chandrasekhar, Director, IIM Visakhapatnam.
Led by Prof. Pooja Kumari, Programme Director, and Prof. Aalok Kumar, Programme Co-Director, the programme helps senior executives build an integrated understanding of management functions and apply their learning to organisational decision-making.
Comprising 10 core modules and 6 elective specialisation modules, the curriculum covers strategic management, leadership, advanced analytics, operations, and supply chain management. It also addresses digital transformation, organisational structure, change management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
The programme provides a platform for participants to explore complex management concepts and strengthen their skills in strategic decision-making, planning, and implementation. Elective specialisation modules allow participants to deepen their expertise in areas aligned with their career aspirations and organisational needs.
