IIM Visakhapatnam Hosts Procurement Training for CPSE Officers

The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam inaugurated the first batch of its 2026–27 three-day capacity-building programme on Public Procurement, supported by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), held from 23rd to 25th April 2026.

Led by Prof. S. Chatterjee, the programme focuses on various critical aspects of procurement, including procurement of goods and services, overseas procurement, dispute resolution, preparation of tender documents, and the code of integrity. A total of 29 officers from Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) across the country are attending the training.

During the inaugural session, Prof. Aalok Kumar, Programme Co-Director, expressed his gratitude to the CVC for its continued trust and confidence in IIM Visakhapatnam. He also thanked the participating organizations for nominating their officers to attend the three-day training programme.
