Executive Programme in Leadership with AI - Batch 04
IIM Visakhapatnam welcomes the fourth batch of its Executive Programme in Leadership with AI, a 10-month programme designed to equip experienced professionals with the strategic insights and leadership capabilities needed to navigate an AI-driven business environment.
With an average work experience of 20 years, the participants bring diverse industry perspectives, creating opportunities for peer learning and knowledge exchange. The programme is led by Programme Directors Prof. Amit Shankar and Prof. Srinivas Josyula.
The programme covers AI Fundamentals for Business Leaders, Applied Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Strategy for AI Readiness, AI Strategy and ROI, and AI Product Thinking and Implementation.
It also explores Business Transformation with Agentic AI, Responsible AI Governance, Ethics and Compliance, AI applications across business functions, and Leading AI Transformation and Change Management. The learning journey will culminate in a Capstone Project, enabling participants to apply their knowledge to real-world business challenges.
Through this initiative, IIM Visakhapatnam continues to strengthen its commitment to developing future-ready leaders capable of driving AI-led innovation and organisational transformation.
