Data Analytics for Decision Making – IOCL
The “Data Analytics for Decision Making” program is being conducted by IIM Visakhapatnam for executives of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), spanning diverse domains such as operations, finance, marketing, and strategy.
This Four-day capacity-building programme is designed to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities among IOCL professionals. In today’s data-rich business environment, the ability to extract actionable insights from data is essential for improving efficiency, driving innovation, and gaining competitive advantage.
The programme equips participants with analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, uncover patterns, and make informed strategic and operational decisions.
