Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam welcomed Grade D Officers of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for the Executive Development Programme, EXCEL - Execution, Excellence, and Collaborative Leadership.
Led by Prof. Bishakha Majumdar and Prof. M. V. Anuradha, this six-day programme is designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, business acumen, customer orientation, financial decision-making, operational excellence, and transformational leadership. Through a blend of expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, and practical insights, participants will explore key dimensions of effective leadership.
