The three-day conference (28-30 December 2019) had over 107 presentations and
was attended by over 175 delegates from all over the world. Multiple parallel
sessions were held where each session had a central theme like Big Data Applica-
tions, Business Analytics, Application of AI, Innovation and New Product Develop-
ment, Operations in Emerging Economies, Social Media and etc. The conference
witnessed expert talks, keynote addresses, and panel discussions by eminent acade-
micians and practitioners.
