Exordia 2017

Institute’s alumni have always been at the forefront
of increasing the brand image and visibility of their
alma mater in the government, industry and the
society at large. In order to promote networking and
goodwill among the alumni and the students, the
Alumni Affairs Of ce at the Institute organized the
rst Alumni Homecoming event on 10th December
2017. The event saw many alumni from the rst
batch. Their presence on the campus and participa-
tion in the event helped build stronger linkages and
enhance the industry-connect.

Debate Competition

Exordia 2017, The annual Entrepreneurship summit organized by the Institute
culminated with a long-lasting impression on the minds of budding entrepreneurs.
The talks given by invited guests made the students brim with ideas and innovation.
A B-plan competition was also held, where the top 5 teams presented their ideas
and received valuable insights from judges. The spectators got a chance to listen to
the journey of budding startups, about how they tackle challenges in their entrepre-
neurial journey. The event concluded with a networking session where students
interacted with guests and other entrepreneurs who were attending the event.

The Student Media Cell (SMC) conducted the first
ever debating competition of the Institute “V’vaad”. 29
