this adage holds great

the current pandemic situation.
This year Manthan- The HR
Club kept the legacy going by
organising “Virtual HRidaya”
considering the limitations
posed by the pandemic. The
theme for the Flagship event
of Hridaya 5.0 was kept as
“Change Management” urging
the HR leaders from renowned
companies to discuss on
broadly two topics - a) Towards
a new HR philosophy-Do the
changing times mandate a
changing role for the HR? and
b) Changing Nature of the
Workforce of the Future.

VRIDDHI

IIM Visakhapatnam hosted its flagship Annual Business
Conclave “VRIDDHI”, an innovative and synergistic
platform vying to augment the learnings of the students
and bridge the gap between academia and industry
requirements. It provided a platform for students to have
a hands-on insight into the application of their learnings.
We as an institute, always strive to host and bring together
the industry’s best minds to a single platform to cater to
new ideas for development and sustainable growth. In
continuum, the business conclave of IIM Visakhapatnam,
Vriddhi welcomed various industry stalwarts to foster
innovation and excellence, with respect to both, Indian
and Global context.
