PGP 2017-19

My two years in IIMV was a time of dreams and innumerable opportunities. I joined in 2017 as a part of the third batch
and I am proud to say that IIMV provided its students with best facilities and faculties. The Institute made sure to give
us the best, to help us grow. As a part of the student council, I could see in close quarters the challenges faced and how
the IIMV community had solved them creatively. It’s so great to see IIMV expanding into other programs, attracting
researchers and progressing on the new permanent campus. I have lived moments that carry a lot of sentimental value,
learning and memories with friends and I can’t help but miss those years now.

The journey at IIMV has been full of learnings and new experiences. These include learnings not just from the highly
experienced faculties but also from the fellow batchmates, case studies, competitions, etc. And how can I forget the BPIM
Japan course where we learnt about the business opportunities and the culture in Japan? I believe that the IIM in the city
of destiny will help us fulfill our destiny dreams for sure.

The true meaning of education and management, I discovered at IIMV. I cannot emphasize enough upon the quality of
education and the quality of peers. IIMV has propelled my personal and professional growth in an extraordinary manner.
Visakhapatnam city created a favorable environment for learning and practicing. Kudos to the Admin team and
Support team, along with the Clubs which made my time worth the while. One of my most important learnings at IIMV
is, “Learning never really stops.” For me it was also an honor to serve the Student Media Cell. I am proud of all my
batchmates and was honored to share my time with them. A feeling I can never forget. Thanks, IIMV!

IIMV for me has lived up to its moniker truly- The Sunrise IIM. The kind of new initiatives with ever-exciting
opportunities to engage in real-time problem-solving and the enriching academic program and structure, make you
ready to excel in the outside world. Personally, it has been a life-changing experience in terms of learning from the best
minds in the country- both the faculty and my peers.
