Being an epistemophile and an amenable person, I consider education to be perpetual and unabating, which paved the way for my entry into IIMV as a research scholar. My strong proclivity in OB&HR may be traced back to my Master's degree in PMIR. This subject allows me to scout how people behave and interact in an organization, which may be helpful because I consider myself a part of a broader social organization. To help me understand this, IIMV plays a quintessential role where I have an academic discourse with well-informed faculty members and intellectual peers to develop myself constructively with verifiable knowledge and transform that knowledge for the betterment of society in a sustainable manner.
