Manthan, The HR Club of IIM Visakhapatnam aims to enhance the current method of domain knowledge and industry connect specific to HR. The Club’s objective is to continuously develop and enhance the HR knowledge of the students by providing a platform for knowledge sharing and connect to industry for which it organizes HRidaya – an annual HR Conclave, case competitions, guest lectures and quizzes. HR Club creates awareness through imparting knowledge related to different aspects of human resource management, trends, recent issues and developments. This club also supplements the theoretical knowledge imparted in classroom by ensuring that students get opportunity to practice theoretical knowledge in real life context.
