Prof. Vimal Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems Area. He has a PhD from IIM Trichy. Prior to his PhD, he worked with State Bank of Mysore (Now merged with SBI) and Accenture in various roles.
His research interests lie in the areas of Societal Development through Information Technology, Social Inclusion, Fairness and Privacy Concerns of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Platform Technologies.
