Milan Kumar is an Assistant Professor in Production and Operations Management Area. He holds a Ph.D. (FPM) in Operations Management area from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. His thesis deals with supply chain risk. In his thesis, he has studied the pricing and sourcing strategies of a retailer faced with disruption risk. Prior to his Ph.D., he worked in the area of Data Analytics for close to two years. His work has been presented at various national and international conferences. His current research interest lies in supply chain risk, analytics in sports, and product allocation for e-campaigns.
