Major EEP initiatives of IIM Visakhapatnam MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS Client Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Ltd. 01 The Institute conducted a 10-day Leadership Development Program for the managers of Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Ltd. from January 23 to February 26, 2021. The customized online program was called LEAD (Leading Human Health Care with Empathy, Action Orientation and Knowledge Diffusion). The training program was attended by managers from various departments such as Marketing, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Finance & Accounts, Human Resource Development and Administration. The program provided active training in Strategic and Operational Leadership with a special focus on leadership in uncertain environments. Various topics like Team Management, Strategic Leadership and Strategic Decision Making, Stress Management, Excellence through Innovation, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Communication for Leaders, Emotional Intelligence, Succession Planning and Strategic Human Resource Management were discussed during the program.
