The objective of this online program was to provide a framework and necessary data-analytic tools required to process large numeric datasets and generate inferences which can be used for data-drivendecision making. The program focused on examples from various management domains. Apart from learning data-analytic tools, the participants gain exposure to statistical software, R for data analysis. The trainingaimed at facilitating knowledge-sharing among the participants and the resource persons, providing insights into effective data management practices. 14
