This Professional Development Program was conducted under the aegis of the Central Board of Secondary Education, Department of School Education & Literacy, MHRD, Government of India. IIM Visakhapatnam conducted this program for the first time on its campus. It was a five day fully residential program. The intention of the program was to create leaders instead of restricting the role of the principals as mere administrators.
