This program was for executives from middle management / functional heads to enable them transit seamlessly into higher leadership roles. In doing so, it sought to raise the capacities from a functional excellence perspective to a higher order perspective – such as, deeper understanding of the key management precepts, building strategic focus and transformational leadership.
