About ICGE 2026

The International Conclave on Green Economy (ICGE 2026) aims to bring together thought leaders, policymakers, industry experts, and researchers to deliberate on the future of the green economy through the lenses of economics, public policy, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML.

The theme of the conclave is Navigating the Green Transition: Economic, Policy, and Technological Pathways, which focuses on addressing research in sustainable development.

To address the complex challenges of sustainability, the conclave is structured around three tracks:

• Economics

• Policy & Governance

• Technological Pathways (AI/ML)

About Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV)

Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam is an Institution of National Importance under the IIM Act 2017. Its overarching goal is to attain standards of global excellence in management, management research and allied areas of knowledge, serving in the process, the cause of inclusive, equitable and sustainable national development goals as enshrined under the Objects of the Act.

About Interdisciplinary Decision Sciences & Analytics Lab (IDeAL)

The Interdisciplinary Decision Sciences & Analytics Lab (IDeAL) is a Center of Excellence at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam. This Lab is dedicated to academic research, industrial/Govt. consultancy, product development and training to support inter-disciplinary research using the innovations of artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, graph analytics, game theory, cyber-physical systems, pervasive computing, etc., while keeping Mathematical Optimization and Data Science as the core in the approach of solving the inter-disciplinary problems faced by India and other emerging economies.

The Centre’s mandate is built upon three pillars of the digital enterprise: ENABLE (enterprise architecture), DRIVE (evidence-based decision making via AI and analytics), and SECURE (managerial and technological controls). The Centre for Business Data Analytics (cbsBDA), based at the Department of Digitalization, Copenhagen Business School, conducts foundational research at the socio-technical intersections of computer science and social science.
